"When things become complex, then we should talk."

Managing projects:

"What's going on?"

Relieving tensions:

Given an infinite amount of time and an infinite amount of resources, anyone can manage a project. It is only when time and finances are limited that the real challenges emerge.

Those are the challenges I like to address and solve.

Sometimes several processes within organisations overlap each other.  In such cases quantitative analyses do not always distinguish between causes and effects. A qualitative analysis based on real life interviews with people involved may reveal possible conflicts of interest within the setup of an organisation.

Unraveling complex organisational structures are puzzles I like to solve.

Procedures and organisational constraints demand people to behave and function in specific ways. Those demands do not always promote cooperative behaviour between departments. The easy conclusion of “underperforming personnel” is therefore not always justified.

Objective conclusions can not be drawn from within an organisation. But I as an outsider can provide a fresh perspective in a complex situation.
